After deposit

We will ship within 5 days of receiving the delivery request.

It may take up to 3 weeks for overseas shipments. Please understand.

商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、返品には応じません。(商品によっては小さい部品を使用しています、強い力を加えると破損する場合がございます。その場合の返品は致しかねます)

また、欠陥における返品につきましては、到着後7日以内、海外に発送の場合は発送後1ヶ月以内と致します。

なお、お客様都合の返品・交換・入金後のキャンセルにおける返金等はできかねます。

We will not accept returns unless the item is defective. (Some products use small parts and may be damaged if strong force is applied. In that case, we can not return.)

In addition, returned goods due to defects will be sent within 7 days after arrival, and within 1 month after shipping if shipped overseas.

Please note that we cannot refund or exchange for customer's convenience, or refund for cancellation after payment.
